• Mentors create an Education & Career Roadmap outlining steps to reach the student’s goals.

• Guidance is provided on selecting the right institutions, programs, and funding options.

• Students receive support in completing applications, financial aid paperwork, and scholarship searches.
   

3. Ongoing Support & Mentorship (Following the Journey)

• Virtual & Phone Meetings: Regular check-ins to track progress, answer questions, and provide motivation.

• In-Person Sessions: Workshops, networking events, and hands-on career development opportunities.

• Educational Support: Study resources, tutoring connections, and soft skills training.
   

4. Career Readiness & Transition Assistance (Next Steps After Education)

• Internships & Apprenticeships: Access to work-based learning experiences.

• Resume & Interview Prep: Guidance in crafting professional resumes and acing job interviews.

• Entrepreneurial Support: Assistance for students interested in starting their own businesses.

• Job Placement Assistance: Connecting students with potential employers and career opportunities.

• Graduates become part of the Bridging Futures Alumni Network, where they can mentor new students.

• Career development workshops and networking opportunities continue even after graduation.
